Pupil Premium

St. Peter’s CE School receives Pupil Premium funding in addition to the schools budget. This government fund has been established to address inequalities for children in receipt of free school meals or in the looked after care system; narrowing the attainment gap for disadvantaged children. In addition to this the school receives funding for children whose parents are serving in the armed forces.

For 2023-24, the school will receive at least £1455 per Pupil Premium eligible pupil and a service premium of £335 per eligible child to support pupils whose parents serve in the Armed Forces.

The school decides how best to spend this funding according to the needs of the children in the school.
