Strategic School Development

We work with the Trust and Local Governing Body to develop a strategic 3 year plan to allow us to work towards our shared vision for education for our pupils as a Church school.

We then develop a year long  school development plan with input from staff, pupils and parents which helps to shape our actions and priorities.

These plans are working documents and are reviewed and revisited regularly to take into account the current needs of the school and our community in order to ensure we continually strive to enable our pupils to be welcomed and nurtured in order to flourish and live fulfilled lives.
